Boy Scout Camporee and Aviation Merit Badge Weekend at Bowman Field - October 3, 4 & 5, 2008

Glendale members (lead by UPS pilot James Spurgeon) helped host a huge Camporee and Aviation Merit Badge Weekend at Bowman Field for local Boy Scouts.

Over 160 Boy Scouts completed their Aviation Merit Badge requirements, and approximately 145 EAA Young Eagle flights were made.  Another 25 or so rides were given to adult leaders and volunteers.
