Feedback

Here is some feedback we received from Pinch Hitters about the seminar:

"The pinch hitter course was informative and helpful. It answered many of my questions concerning flying and gave me a solid knowledge base about what to do in case of emergency."

"The pinch hitter course was very useful to me. I now feel that I can be a little more helpful during any flight and in an emergency I understand more of what I would need to do. Thanks to Jody and Max and all that helped put on this seminar."

"I found the course very informative. I was surprised by how much I knew. I guess being around a pilot rubs off on you and you learn a lot by flying even if you're a bit scared. You were able to fill in things I didn't know and made me feel more comfortable about the process. It was not knowing how to handle an emergency that I found unnerving. That's a foreign position for me to find myself in as I like to have a contingency plan for the unexpected and in a plane at any height I was always helpless, almost to the point of being afraid to move. Afraid I might touch something and a disaster would occur. So my husband was thrilled that I enjoyed the experience and that I'm looking forward to going for my flight. I was really disappointed that the weather turn and got so windy. I was so ready to go last Saturday, now how do we sign up to go fly? I'm ready!"

"Even though I grew up around planes and flying (my Dad owned a plane and was a charter member of Glendale), the only thing I remember paying attention to was the "thing in the middle", aka artifical horizon. I found the seminar very informative and helpful. Max & Jody explained everything very well and I now have an idea of what to do in the event an emergency."

"I thought the class was very informative. I am really excited about getting the opportunity to go up and fly. Much thanks to Jody and Max."

"It was a well organized and presented seminar. The instrument review and emergency planning was very helpful. Thanks for the comfortable setting, good food, the cool shirt and especially the well given instruction. The web site is great.......a wonderful resource. You guys are THE BEST!! Thanks to all who worked on the seminar."

"I don't think I formally thanked you for the course...it was awesome. I really appreciate all the time and effort that you and Max gave to us ladies...I really learned a lot and am looking forward to the flight!!! Thanks again."
